Lynwood Annex: Self-Catering Accommodation, Cornwall B and B visitors wishing for a real holiday treat, with a little extra privacy, can now relax in the comfort and spaciousness of the new Lynwood Annexe. Throughout the Spring and Summer holiday season, in addition to the bedrooms in the main house, bed and breakfast guests may now choose to stay in this new self-contained accommodation. Throughout the Winter Season the Annexe is available for weekly self-catering holidays lets. The generous bedroom in the Annexe can either be made up with twin beds, or with a zip & link king-size bed. You will find ample cupboard space, freeview TV to watch, WiFi available and lots of books to read. The attractive tiled bathroom has a bath, separate shower, bidet, WC and hand basin. Warm, fluffy bath towels and mat are all provided.

Pendower Beach - ten minutes up the road

With its sunny, spacious living room, adjoining bedroom and en-suite bathroom you will be cosy and very comfortable. Private parking is adjacent as is garden seating with parasol for sunny days - both a few steps from the private Annexe entrance. The view from the sunny living room looks onto the south facing, family garden and beyond towards the Tregony valley.

Bed and breakfast guests are invited to join those in the main house for Abigail’s delicious breakfast at the usual time. However for those who may want a lie-in and a bit of privacy, a continental breakfast can be provided with prior arrangement.

For winter guests, the new living room provides a pleasant space to relax in the warm, during the day. An attractive kitchen dresser is fitted with a combi oven, a fridge and a two-ring electric hob - all you will require for simple self-catering. There is also a washing machine available for guest’s use in a separate room.

Please note, the washing machine and cooking facilities in the Annexe are only available for self-catering, winter guests. However, a selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate with fresh milk is provided for everyone. Hair-driers, iron and ironing boards are all supplied in the room.
